I just finished my crochet basket a little while back—and I just remembered that I never posted about it! (Thanks Jess for reminding me by posting about those adorable granny squares! I absolutely LOVE them! Makes me want to crochet something…hmmm.) Anyhow, here is my cute basket! One of the first projects I have done that was crocheted in a round! (YIPPI!) If you haven’t ever crocheted anything in a round, this is a great project to learn how—Just click here for the pattern by O.F. Patterns and Tutorials: Crocheted Basket. (Just make sure you actually mark where your rows begin–and you will do great!) I’ve been using my basket to keep all my daughter’s “quiet time” toys together—-I LOVE IT!

Great design looks so beautiful. I’ve just bookmarked this page. Thank you loads for the O.F. Patterns tutorial link. I am gonna try this one out with maybe a little twist here and there. Hope to keep visiting here for more of your works. Cheers.

I love it! And I would love to make it. Can you give me an idea of what kind of yarn you used. I’m wondering if I can use the cotton yarn i use for dishcloths or should I go thicker?

I love it. Great job! How big did it turn out? I’m looking for something to hold mismatched socks in the laundry room and to hang on the wall. I wonder if it’s big enough for that?
