I am now posting on All For This Penny. Please visit me there!
So remember how I’m trying to get better at crocheting? Well, here are my latest crochet projects (1 really time-consuming one and 2 super easy ones).
My sister-in-law requested a very specific birthday gift this year, this very cute beanie (Anne has made a similar one found here). I’ll be honest, I stink at following crochet instructions so this hat took me way longer than it should have. I restarted it 3 times! Yes, THREE times! Ridiculous I know… I’m that bad. But it did turn out way cute and my sister-in-law loves it so it was worth it!
With the leftover black yarn I decided to try my hand at different types of crochet flowers. The rose I found here. It was super easy (even for me!) and came together really quick. Unfortunately I don’t know what to do with it now that it’s done. I’m sure I’ll find something that needs embellishing soon.
This large flower was also really easy and is super, super cute! I probably will turn it into a headband like creativeyarn suggests. Can I just tell you how much I love creativeyarn? She is amazing and has super cute crochet projects. Check out her blog, you won’t be disappointed.

The hat is soooo cute! You could attach the flower to the top of a hat.
